Maintenance of Sonic Ghost Silencers

How do I correctly perform maintenance on my Nielsen Sonic Ghost silencer?

The basic approach of maintenance is in many ways the same as those of our other silencers

• Clean sparingly and only with a piece of cloth and oil.
• Make sure the silencer is completly dry before putting in storage.
• Give it a whiff of WD-40 or similar up through the back end.
• Avoid ultrasound cleaning and basic cleaning agents.

The biggest difference between Sonic Ghost silencers and our Nielsen Sonic and Paradox silencers is that because of the aluminium inserts in a Sonic Ghost silencer, it can’t handle getting the same heat os the others. Therefore it is not possible to clean this type of silencer by for example going to a shooting range and getting it proper hot.
